I stayed one week prior and everything was great. But in this occasion our room (429) had some things broken, for example, the outside door was stuck and at first we couldnt open it, we had to push it to open.. then it stayed open unless you push it back. the bathroom door didnt slide properly so we couldnt open it from inside the bathroom, it got stuck everytime.. they went and fix it for about an hour but unfortunately that got in our rest time before our event. then the blackout curtain in the window has a frame that keeps the sunlight out from the room but that wasnt working so in the morning all the sunlight woke us.. i dont think i would stay here again unless they let me see that the room is in perfect condition.

The location is super close to downtown with a ton of options to eat within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the breakfast has a variety of things to eat that are all really good. The front desk and staff are super friendly. The only complaint I have is housekeeping came into my room after hanging the “do not disturb” sign was hanging on the door. My wife and I were laying in the bed watching tv when this happened. Not really a big deal but do not disturb means do not disturb. Overall a 9-10. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just down the street from upcoming downtown and the baseball field! Staff was friendly and informative. The onky parking option was valet, but worth it. Just a test and they got your vehicle in mins. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the exercise room and the layout of the breakfast area/reception area. And the breakfast with local made yogurt, waffles, egg sandwiches and good coffee was excellent. The rooms were really comfortable, nice bathrooms. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I appreciate the staff . They were so pleasant and kind . I did not like paying $45 a night to valet park in an UNCOVERED LOT. That’s ridiculous. My truck is all black and needs covered or the windows vented open and that couldn’t be done here . But ultimately pleasant stay so far, we haven’t had the breakfast yet ir used the gym .

If you chose a room with a sofa bed then be expecting a very uncomfortable nights sleep unless you enjoy sleeping on a bed of nails…BUT when I went to the front desk asking for a room switch, Teana at the front desk was so wonderful and accommodating that it made it less inconvenient, thank you Teana. Hotel was clean, valet parking was great. For me personally, I found the ultra white lighting made the look and feel less elegant and warm than it could have been.

I had high hopes after seeing the ratings. The sofa bed is the worst we have ever had and we do this option for all of our hotel stays. All you feel are springs. The staff gave us extra blankets to try to cushion the mattress. The location is convenient if you are going to a sporting event or the convention center, an easy walk. Be aware if you happen to be out of the hotel when a sporting event ends, you will not be able to get to the hotel by car until after the crowds clear, we learned this the hard way, after a very long day we were headed back to the hotel and we couldn’t get there because all the streets were blocked, the cops told us we had to wait and drive around. The hotel was clean, had free breakfast and convenient.
