Lovely home near Goodyear Stadium

We were four adults. The house was very comfortable and well supplied. We were close to several golf courses. We had fun on the putting green and enjoyed watching the golfers.

Perfect vacation

Everything about this property was exceptional and spotless inside and outside. We found everything we needed from plenty of towels to personal and kitchen essentials available for use. The master suite bed was more comfortable than our new one at home! The location was perfect for getting on 10 and traveling around the Phoenix area. The direction booklets were well written and we had excellent numbers to contact if needed. We needed a reminder about leaving the gate open one day for the pool maintenance but that was handled easily. As you can see it was a perfect vacation - weather included:)

Beautiful home...perfect location!

This was our 2nd stay in this home. Great location with many restaurants and activities close by. When we weren't golfing, we could watch from the patio. It only needs some pans for cooking in the oven/microwave and shade for late afternoon sun in the greatroom.

Great Place

This home was so clean and lovely to stay in for a week. They made the process very easy and were great to communicate with.A couple things, there is no access to washing machines, which would have been great to have after almost a week away. The pool is also not heated, the weather was pretty chilly and even for us Canadians it was WAY to cold to get it. But it was pretty to look at. Haha. Also the heaters outside didn't work, which would have been great to be able to use on those cold nights.Overall, it was a great stay, great property, close to everything in Goodyear and we felt right at home.

Wonderful stay in beautiful, clean house, except for neighbor's barking dog

First 2 nights were peaceful, then suddenly on last 2 nights, neighbors barking dog disturbed any outdoor activities, like grilling. I realize you cannot help this situation. Washing machine was also not working, which was a minor disappointment. Also, there were no basic items like salt & pepper & sugar available in the pantry. Also, it was mentioned in the homeowners' instructions that the trash/recycling bins would be taken to the curb by a "service", but we did not see anyone & took bins out ourselves on Monday night. That was no biggie, but wanted to correct the "instructions" Overall, this is a great place & it's only the barking dog that broke the peaceful environment.

October 2024 stay

We would stay here again! Two things that could be improved are having adequate linens for four people and the shower water temperature. Two wash clothes were provided for the week for four people. We did go purchase our own from the local Walmart. When the property manager did get back to us she brought us a few more, but not enough. There was a washer and dryer but with a sign in the laundry room saying we could not use. The hot water temperature in the master bedroom shower only reached a lukewarm temperature and needed to be hotter. The house was super clean and very close to all shopping and restaurants. We liked the layout of the house and overall would give it a 10/10 and would hope they could improve on the things we had mentioned to make it a perfect stay next time.

Family Time

Absolutely loved the property! Our contact Samantha was amazing! She had such high energy and I called her a few times with questions and she answered the phone every time and was so happy to help us out! We will definitely rent this property again! Our daughter lives 15 minutes away from there, which made it a perfect location for us. Plus my husband and father golfed every day at Palm Valley. Great trip can’t say enough things about it!

Spring 2024

My family including 2 teenage girls stayed two weeks at this property. Overall, the property was very homey and well stocked. However, the listing does not indicate the pool is not heated. When I asked for the heat to be raised due to cool temperatures and the fact that it was too cold for my kids to swim, I was told there was no pool heat at the house. When I pointed out (with a screenshot) the listing referenced the pool would not heat above 80 degrees in the winter when the temperature was below 40 degrees (which clearly implied that it was heated), I was told the owner would turn the heat on. It warmed up marginally that day but then clearly the heat was turned off again. When I inquired, I simply got no further response. This, the representation that the camera in the back did not observe the pool area (it does) and the fact that the key for the firepit was also nowhere to be found made me feel that the listing was deceitful. If you list and depict amenities, I expect to be able to use them; especially since I noticed that the accuracy of the listing had been brought to the owner's attention before regarding the fireplace and outdoor heaters. I expressed to the property manager that I felt deceived only to not hear from her again. For those unsure about staying on the golf course, the cart path goes right up to and all the way across the fence by the pool area/backyard. It was quite busy with traffic. We enjoyed our stay but I would not rent the property again.

1st class home

Home was finely decorated, had nice newer furniture, and everything required to have a comfortable stay. It was very clean and in great condition. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and located close to restaurants and groceries. The management was very responsive and accommodating to my request for late checkout. You get a lot of home for the price so it’s a great value. I would definitely stay again, thanks!!

Great Experience

Spent two weeks in this beautiful house, located in a very nice gated neighborhood. We enjoyed playing golf on the Palm Valley Golf Course and watching the #1 fairway from the patio. It’s located close to many restaurants and shopping area. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Gathering Place

Just Marvelous. Came out to Phoenix for family wedding. Location was great as central for family who lived in Phoenix. The property itself was clean, spacious and perfectly laid out. Had all the amenities needed and a few extras. If I were to move to Phoenix, this would be the house I could live in. Definitely would book again on my next trip out. (and bring my golf clubs as the house is backed to a nice course)

Palm Valley Spring Training get away

Nice gated community. Property very clean and well organized. Gift basket was a nice touch and appreciated. Loved having morning coffee and watching the golfers come up hole #1! A few things to be improved upon. 1. It was unseasonably cold so having the heaters (displayed in the pictures) functioning while sitting outside would have been nice. Instead we tried to get them going for some time, only to learn they were not functional. 2. Same with the gas fireplace in the den. In hindsight, I believe they were controlled by a remote that was not available. If that was the case, we should have been informed. 3. BBQ was terrible. Could only get one burner going. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We could not find any BBQ utensils. Again, the place was very clean and functional. Mattresses were nice. We would stay here again if these issues were addressed.
