Need new sheets for all beds. Sheets on one bed stained and had hair.... seemed like it was not changed. Host responded but kinda late as was already half our stay. Master bedroom bathroom need fixing as the master show had wall paper inside to hide problems and tap on glass door was falling off. Would have liked to park car in garage but had no access to garage so we had to unload every evening our sports equipment. Need new window coverings as the curtains were a patchwork.

2523 Quail Track, Peoria
Nice house. Good location. Lots of common space. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the early mornings and in the evening. Special treat was the full moon, fully visible from the back porch and MSBR window. Garage was not available. We wish we could have used it to keep the car(s) cooler in the daytime. The driveway accommodates 2 cars only. Cars are not allowed to remain over night on the street. We hope we can use this house again when visiting family nearby.

Arizona get away
This home was a great place for my small family stay for the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The area was very quiet and away from the hustle and of the city. I have stayed at hotels in the past but I chose to stay in a house because I needed to accommodate my family. This was a great option for us. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I visit my family in Arizona in the near future.

Decent Property
The stay was nice and everything was clean. It has plenty of space. The decor was minimal and slightly tacky but it worked. 1 bed was comfortable, and the other 2 we slept on were not great. There was a hot tub but the owner stated it wasnt working properly and was having someone come work on it, so we never tried it. Over all it served its purpose and we had a great time and it was a nice stay.

Clean and spacious!
Very nice property. We all had our own bedrooms and our own bathroom sinks since each bathroom had two sinks. The beds were comfy and the patio was nice to sit on. The neighborhood was very nice and you could take a short trail to the coffee shop which had many yummy pastries and good coffee. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. It was nice to have four bedrooms. The kitchen could use a few more plates and drinking glasses. If you like to hike, the trail starts right outside the door.The house was very clean. Very good rental.

Comfortable Stay
This was definitely a home away from home. The area was nice and the home was well stocked to make our stay easy and relaxing. Communication with the host both before and after was clear and timely. Would defintely stay here again...much nicer, and more convenient than a hotel.

We very much enjoyed this clean, comfortable and spacious home. The neighborhood is lovely with a very convenient walking path just across the street that leads to parks and a nearby coffee shop. We also appreciated the fact that the host provided so much information about local attractions and amenities, we will have to stay again to further explore all Phoenix has to offer!

Property was awesome! Great neighborhood, real close to food/shopping. A couple of friends and I were in town working a wedding nearby and this was a great comfortable location for our stay. Plenty of space, clean, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

We had a great time! All the comforts of home! Amazing backyard experience with temperature controlled TUB in the corner set home, not only gave us privacy but the relaxation that we were looking for. Read the description to understand- there is a lot to say here.
Very bad experience living in this house. 1. There is no access to the car garage and you have to keep your car in the driveway. 2. The house has mosquitoes all over the place...kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Even after I slept with Fan on, I has mosquitoes around my ears the whole night. 3. Microwave was smelling like fish. 4. The toilet had pee marks on it. 5. The shower has an eyes lens of who lived before or something. 6. The bathtub had hairs all over it. 7. The house had so many tapes on the walls. 8. The shower has wallpaper inside which were all shabby. 9. There was no salt, no sugar, and no tea bags as you would expect from any vrbo home. 10. Looks like furniture is all bought from some second-hand store just to put a tick mark on the list of things in the house. 11. The dining chairs were all torn off. 12. The master bedroom bed was too old for getting a peaceful sleep. 13. Last but not least, be careful entering the house, there is a big lizard who lives just on the tree next to the door, who typically jumps off as soon as you try to enter the house. Luckily it was always the other side she jumped on and not on me.
