The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sits on a quarter acre perfect for outside events. One huge master bedroom with a hot tub style bathtub and shower. An extra room to sleep in and an office type room with a futon. There’s a very spacious living room w/an L-shaped couch. The kitchen is completely updated and the perfect size to cook big meals.

If you’re looking to come to Arizona but don’t want to be directly in the city this is the perfect place for you!

20 minutes away from down town Phoenix



There’s a Walgreen .4 miles away perfect for quick grab and go necessities.

18 minutes away from the State Farm Stadium

16 minutes away from Westgate which is family friendly during the day and a great party scene at night

Very clean, great communication, and quiet location!

Nakita was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The home was very clean. It is a good location in the Phoenix area in a safe neighborhood. It’s close to freeways but far enough that it is quiet. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 minute dress or less. We love that her place is pet friendly and extremely clean! We frequent Arizona and would absolutely stay again.

Great Stay

Great place to stay, the location is perfect for late night snacks or the Six Flags Waterpark down the street. Host is responsive and helpful with questions in a timely manner.
