This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modern private casida offers a private front door entrance to the Front Part of our home. Relax in your own private and secure space. Cozy bright sleeping quarters with high end comfort. A Keurig & refrigerator are provided at the breakfast bar with a variety of teas, coffee and snacks. (No kitchen)Perfect for the savvy business traveler or those traveling to enjoy local sporting events, golf, and hiking.
Walking distance to the White tank mountain Waterfall trail, and Sterling Grove golf and country club the East Valley's newest Nicklaus golf course. Only 15 miles to Cardinals State Farm stadium and 5 miles to Surprise Stadium home of the KC Royals & Texas Rangers and 3 miles from Arizona's own World Wildlife Zoo.
Enjoy comfort and privacy while exploring all the East Valley has to offer.

New years get away!
Myself and 3 friends stayed at the property and LOVED it! It was the perfect size for 4 people to get ready and sleep. Location is nice and quiet and has a wonderful look at the mountains.

Comfortable spot for an overnight stay
This place is an alternative to a hotel stay. Two bedrooms, comfy beds, new bathroom, small bar for making coffee, everything clean and new, new quiet neighborhood. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and the only seating are stools or a folding chair. The host left snacks and cold drinks which we appreciated.

Useful for what we needed
This place provided just what my wife and 2 friends needed for the weekend. It's about the size of a hotel room, and it's nice that it had 2 separate bedrooms rather than 2 beds in one bedroom like a hotel might have. Everything worked well from the hot water, to the cold AC. Some might find it cramped, but I would stay here again if it was a small group (2-4 people).

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was perfect and exactly what we were looking for while visiting family in the area as we only needed a place to sleep and shower. Safe/quiet neighborhood. Stocked with plenty of linens and goodies to boot. We would definitely stay again!

Property was as described on line. Just what we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, good for walking, sweet play area for children around the corner. Comfortable small suite with coffee/snacks provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice sleeping quarters, nice quiet neighborhood, treats and refrigerator were appreciated. We will definitely stay there again if in the area, great hiking in White Tank Mountain Park nearby.

Really comfortable place to stay but no access to kitchen
The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were snacks, drinks and goodies left to welcome us. Because the portion used for rental is at the front of the house, and the owners are staying in the back half, you only have access to two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is no access to a kitchen or seating area however, there is a mini fridge and coffee maker available. The downside to this is there is no place to sit and hang out as there is no lounge area or couch/chairs, you must sit on a bed. If both bedrooms are being used, there is limited space to put suitcases as the bedroom space is mostly filled with the beds. Unfortunately, you are not able to have a meal here or have cocktails with snacks because there is no access to a kitchen. The listing did say the portion rented is at the front of the house but it wasn't clear that the hosts would also be in the residence and therefore you would not have access to the full house/kitchen, or at least we did realize that from the listing. All of that being said, we would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a clean and comfortable place to sleep with very friendly hosts.

This unit is very clean and neat. It is in a residential area with services, shopping and restaurants about 10 minutes away. Unit had coffee maker and small refrigerator. Snack items and drink items were provided. Microwave not available. Limited seating. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Setup very well, clean and cozy, no kitchen or heater control, nice restroom, 2 bedrooms and a hallway, comfortable beds. Bit far from Phoenix but scenic drive.
