Enjoy access to scenic resort hiking trails and community pools just a short walk from the home.
Boulders Resort amenities available to guests:
- Golf, Spa & Dining – Open to the public with a reservation; standard rates apply
- Tennis & Pickleball Courts – First-come, first-served; provide the rental address at check-in (fees may apply)
(Resort pools are not included unless enrolled in the monthly rental program)

Starlight Sanctuary is professionally managed by Yonder, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens

- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, our military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject to review before acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 30+ days.

Comfortable and spacious!

Spot was great for my friends and I! My only concern was how hot it was in the house when checking in. It did eventually cool down though! Would stay again!
