Got a large surprise cleaning fee the day before I arrived, that said I couldn't get access until it was paid.
They didn't send entry codes even though I had paid so I needed to go through 3 people on support calls before I got my entry codes
The lockbox had the wrong key, didn't fit in the door so I had to wait another 15 minutes until I could get someone to give me a code for the other lockbox
At 7:30am, while I was waking up, someone started turning the lock on the door to the studio apartment I was staying in. I ran up and re-locked it and yelled that I was in there, and they said "Oh sorry I was just testing the key"
Communicated poorly, and the morning incident was creepy and alarming. You shouldn't be doing that while someone is staying there.
