Overall, it was a nice property but I would not consider it luxury and the product doesn’t match the price. They make the resort seem larger than it is. Everything from check in process, to the poolside experience, and staff at restaurant was subpar. If I am at a resort I expect a higher level of customer service. More so, the restaurant on site was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The rooms felt old and lacked updates (and if it was updated, poorly done, cracks in the tile, etc). For a competitive resort market, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this one.
