“I have stayed at this hotel many times，I always felt good before，I feel really bad this time，when I check in , I feel haven’t hot water to shower , I ask reception , staff told me they need to fix it after 6pm . After 6 PM is the same. And I called and asked again. the staff said the room all the same but they fix already. So I need to use the cold water to get shower . ”

“Superb location, spacious room and great breakfast. We stayed for two nights, love their breakfast diversity, good selections of thai, halal and western dishes. Most of the dishes are different on the two days we tried, even the thai noodle station served different thai noodles which was very impressive. Staff were helpful and cheerful. The room was spacious and clean with a great shower. The hotel is right above the mall with convenient connections to the two nearby BTS stations. We enjoyed our……
