I felt so safe at this location, I had multiple stays here during my 21 day trip. I liked it so much I will be staying again i October when I return.”
“Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to……
