Beach close by, however no sun beds and not really much space to lay down. You can get beach towels at the hotel. Sea dirty due to many pipes coming straight into the sea. Breakfast ok, but very greasy dishes every day. Eggs cooking lady quite unfriendly. Lost my key card (with hotel name and room number on it), asked receptionist to give me a new one and block the old one. She said she will block it. Later I found the first key in the street and they both worked to open my room. It is just not ok! Anybody could find this key. Also very high steps to go to reception with a luggage. Pros: clean, nice view, close to bus stop and sea.

Good location, walls are paper
The room looked just furnished, but the finishing of the renovation was really not done. The gyproc was without edge finishing and the covered window to the bathroom was still with glass on the bathroom side, so we had the lovely view of gyproc with nails sticking out while showering. The wall paper was literally torn all over the highlight wall. The wall generally were paper and we could hear everything that happened next door and corridor. Balcony was really a french balcony with no seating area. Daily room cleaning was more like a making the bed service as the sheets were not changed (only ones during our 5 days stay) and it looked like the floors were not wiped. Breakfast was decent and the concierge service was good. Location was brilliant though - only short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants close by.

Vi bokade en svit för sex dagar och den var amazing! Är man ljudkänslig bör man dock inte välja rummet då det hörs en del från restaurangen ovanför. Vi bad om att byta rum och detta löste personalen på dagen! Då det nya rummet var billigare än vårt ordinarie rum så erbjöd hotellet oss färskpressad juice varje dag! Restaurangen är fräsch, fin vy över havet och god mat som fylls på hela tiden under frukosten. Litet poolområde med få solstolar, dock inget vi kände av under vår vistelse. Nära strand och livliga gator (men inget som stör) Otroligt service-minded personal på hotellet som hjälper till med allt från väskor, till bokningar av rundturer m.m. Vi kan absolut bo här igen om vi kommer till Phu Quoc.

Nesta Phu Quoc Hotel was nice enough. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but the rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. There's a lot of construction in the area as they are almost finished building a new hotel in front and another one next to the hotel.

大きな問題は無く、高級リゾートを求めないのであれば十分満足できるホテルだと思います。 朝食は最上階の海の見えるレストランで、気持ち良かったです。 滞在中、気になったのは次の2点。 ①VIPに泊まったが、最上階の一つ下の階なので、朝食準備の音が聞こえる。（朝5時半くらいから） ②チェックアウト時、タオルが1枚無くなったと弁償させられた。 　こちら、複数人で宿泊しており、部屋の清掃完了時、既に1枚無かったことを伝えたが、弁償しろの一点張り。 　滞在最後の最後で嫌な気分にさせられた。

Very close walk to the beach.

Хороший отель, но НЕ ДЛЯ ПРИВЕРЕДЛИВЫХ
Плюсы: хороший пляж в 100 метрах от отеля, где много классных баров и лежаков, отель достаточно новый, уборка ежедневная и довольно качественная, рядом много магазинчиков и ресторанчиков. на завтрак кладут достаточно много фруктов разнообразных. Минусы: с двух сторон от отеля в марте 2018 были 2 стройки, думаю ещё год будут строить. начинают работы с 06 - 06,30 утра, нас не сильно напрягало, так как был здоровый сон после хорошего отдыха днем. К 9 часам на завтраках много чего заканчивалось, не подкладывали уже, хотя заканчивались они в 9-30.

Helt ok hotell för en billig peng.
Man får vad man betalar för. Receptionspersonalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet låg nära stranden vilket var skönt. Dock ingen egen del men det går att hyra stolar på stranden. Det finns många restauranger i närheten. Frukosten är inte jätterolig, det finns asiatisk mat, bröd, marmelad, ägg och frukt. Rummen städades dock inte särskilt bra. Det slarvades men det var full beboeligt. Ett plus är att man får två gratis vattenflaskor varje dag när det städas. Wifi finns på rummet.

Pros: good location; friendly, helpful staff; clean and comfortable; plenty of natural light in the room, and lighting in the bathroom; a reasonably good buffet breakfast; free bottled water daily, plus tea and coffee making facilities; towels provided for the pool or beach (not just one, but two per person). Cons: swimming pool inadequate size for the number of rooms; often no hot water at peak times; no proper shower cubicle in bathroom, making it more of a wet-room.

A great get away for little money.
The rooms were great. They were big and spacious. The people were real nice. A lot of construction going on around but not too bad as far as noise concerned. The only thing that concerned us was the pool. It could have been cleaner. I have a pool and when it is cloudy I know I better get it tested. My wife didn’t think there was enough variety on buffet especially for western people All in all it was nice and it was close to most things.

Lots of construction sites around this area. The owner and reception are not willing to assist you to change rooms due to "Hot Season", despite the fact that the room may be not be comfortable up to your need.

Anledningen till att vi valde att boka just Sandy hotel Phu Quoc grundade sig enbart i tillgången till balkong, då detta varit svårt att finna hos andra hotel. När vi anlände var det till en stor besvikelse då balkongen inte var en balkong utan enbart en ”fransk” sådan. Balkongen var 40 cm djup. Utsikten från detta fönster med galler framför var bedrövlig! Inte hade vi förväntat oss en stor bullrig arbetsplats, där stora utgrävningar även lockade till sig hela öns myggor då de grävt kring brunnar och grundvattnet utgjorde optimal fortplantning för dessa smittospridare. Wi-fi fungerade bara ibland. Precis vid ytterdörren på rummet kunde signal upprättas stundtals. Bättre var internet i matsalen där signalen dock fick jagas. Benen fick man offra till myggorna. Personalen var trevlig och rummen städades dagligen. Ett plus var också den färska frukten som serverades i frukostbuffén.

Trevligt hotell och bra service. Nära till beachen, tyvärr inget eget område med parasoll och solstolar. Just nu väldigt mycket byggarbetsplats omkring hotellet.

New hotel but very very noisy
The hotel is quite new - rooms are large and decorated nicely. However the noise from the construction sites next door and in front is awful - so too was the noise from other guests and rooms as there is very little doubd proofing . Breakfast was hit and miss - plenty of Asian choice but limited Western - and they kept running out of things. Bread for toast for couple of days but no butter - butter but them no toast bread only French stick . Then larger toaster broke do only a 2 slice toaster for whole of breakfast service !!! No condiments on tables. Not enough cups and glasses. Plenty of fruit. Had big trouble trying to exchange £ - they said they only change $ !!! Although clean see to the beach there is only local beach bar that allows you to use dubbed free - they have no cushions just wood and often they are all taken by 7.30 am ! Overall our stay in this hotel was very disappointing and we would not return nor recommend it to anyone. Most guests are Asian or Russian
