Personnel aux petits soins, un environnement très agreable : la plage à une centaine de mètres, une piscine avec suffisamment de transats, le bungalow dans un jardin luxuriant (c’est pourquoi je recommande de choisir ces bungalows plutôt que les chambres avec vue sur piscine), de nombreux restaurants a proximité . Kamala est beaucoup plus calme que Patong et sa frénésie , mais ceux qui veulent un peu d’animation durant leur séjour pourront comme nous y aller facilement et pour pas cher avec Grab, ça vaut le coup d’oeil ! Points d’amélioration : un petit déjeuner buffet assez moyen, peu de prises électriques dans les chambres, et la piscine mériterait une petite rénovation.

We had for 9 nights a Junior Villa room with all-inclusive to celebrate our honeymoon and our staying was great. Villas are more secluded than normal rooms, they come with more space between each other, they have a pleasant balcony and view on the green and vegetation that is inside the hotel. The beach of Kamala is right across the street and in the northern end is possible to do snorkeling. Staff was absolutely great, they are friendly and super positive in attitude and smiling. Menu for all-inclusive was reduced compared to normal one but still food was pleasant for lunch and supper and the breakfast was so inclusive to make happy everyone. In general I strongly reccomend this place, thanks again.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage direkt am Strand von Kamala. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind direkt neben dem Hotel und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Am Strand sind außerdem Liegen für 100 Baht pro Person zu mieten. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, das Restaurant ist allerdings etwas klein, sodass es sein kann, dass man kurz auf einen Tisch warten muss. Der Pool ist super um zu entspannen oder auch zu schwimmen. Das Personal ist super lieb und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und macht den Aufenthalt noch besser. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem noch in einem guten Zustand. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Nice property very near Kamala Beach and the nearby road with many restaurants. Excellent location. Beautiful pool with nice pool bar and fairly good prices, especially for hotel bar, but closes earlier than pool. Many cheap restaurants and bars right nearby and walkable to several other roads and entertainment. Short walk to beach right across the street. Pool was clean and pretty. We stayed in a bungalow which is hot as AC cannot be left on while out of the room, but the AC does work well to cool down the bedroom area when sleeping at night. Once you figure out the shower's hot water, it is ok but does not always get hot easily so hard to figure out how to turn on initially. Our shower was extremely small and hard to figure out how to turn on without spraying the entire toilet area, so had to hold the shower head in our hand the entire time. Pretty property. They closely track the towels, but it is hard to get yours as that desk is not open as early or as late as the pool is open. Some of the staff was great and a few were rude. Not fancy, definitely adequate and loved the quiet location. The shower was the worst part. Friend had a different bungalow which was slightly better but still small bathroom. Overall decent value It was a 300-400 Baht taxi ride to the much larger, louder, and busier Patong Beach. It takes 20-25 minutes to get there. We prefer the Kamala beach which is terrific with rentable beach chairs and people who bring you drinks and food, very nice.

Staff was personable, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Good choice and good food. We very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Kamala. The only minor inconvenience was the fact that the in room safe was not bolted down. We felt it offered zero protection for our valuables.
