The connection from the airport to the hotel is terrible. The boat was delay for an hour and the shuttle bus stops in the middle of the road due to the poor arrangement of the passengers and their luggages.

Amazing place, just spectacular. The 4 bedroom villa was enormous. The only downside to this resort is the food. All the restaurants have exactly the same menu. Just a bit average.

An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece. Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. The views were stunning, the privacy unmatched, and the feeling of being in a luxurious forest sanctuary is unforgettable. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property.

We booked an ocean-view room for a week and were thoroughly impressed. The resort boasts pristine surroundings, meticulously maintained and clean facilities, and exceptional attention to detail. From the seamless airport transfer taking us to the pier until the private drop off to our next destination our time at Santhiya was incredible. The rooms and facilities are amazing, the service of every staff member was impeccable and the resort was like some type of heavenly dream. We loved every second, even extending an extra 2 nights and it genuinely hurt to leave. Without a doubt the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast is amazing. Also do the resort tours..we only had 9 people so it was like a private tour. We also enjoyed the elephant tour. Suitable for families and couples. Just perfection!

Resort was absolutely beautiful. View from my room was spectacular. Rooms were so nicely designed and cosy. The restaurants and breakfast onsite were great, and room service also good and quick. Spa excellent. Getting around the resort was a bit quirky and at first I didn't understand how to get to my room, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were the AC in my room didn't seem to work well, and monkeys kept making a mess on my balcony at night. But definitely would go again.

Es wir schwer werden, ein Hotel zu finden, dass ähnlich toll ist. Es war der Wahnsinn! Die gesamte Resortanlage ist aus handgeschnitztem Holz. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Spa überzeugt genauso mit ganz viel Luxus und tollen Anwendungen. Man konnte 24/7 die Rezeption per WhatsApp erreichen und hat sofortige Hilfe erhalten. Da sich das Resort über einen ganzen Berg erstreckt, werden Shuttles angeboten, die einen zu seinem Hotel fahren. Wir sind rundum zufrieden! Ich möchte sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Unbelievable experience in the villa! The views were incredible, the food was top quality, we ordered the whole fried fish for dinner and it was great. Everything tasted great, really enjoyed the different fresh juices served daily at breakfast! The service from the staff was always quick and they were very nice. Overall unforgettable experience, would come back 10/10 times.

Amazing stay , service and staff were very kind. Food was actually very good and the resort is beautiful . Was disappointed that two amenities (beach club and one restaurant ) was closed. This was not told to us prior to arrival . If you stay in this resort you must be okay with bugs. The property is mostly outdoors which means you will come in contact with little critters. We had dinner on our balcony and woke up the next day to a swarms of ants . This resort is extremely relaxing , but lacks a bar / social area . Don’t come to party .
