“When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again”
