“We really enjoyed our stay here and were disappointed to leave! The property was well maintained and safe, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it's a bit out of the downtown core we always found a tuk tuk immediately and it was just a $3 ride to downtown. The staff was always helpful when needed. I would go back in a heartbeat! ”

“Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. “We enjoyed our stay at Maison Leab. William and his team were excellent. If you want to enjoy your time in Cambodia, this is the hotel to book. Food outlets are in walking distance. The hotel provides free one way shuttle service (tuk tuk) to town from 6-9pm every day. The swimming pool is clean and great for all the family. ”

“The room we wanted was not available but we got another room that was a bit smaller, cheaper and very nice. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. “I tried to contact the host multiple times but received no response. On the day and time of check-in, I discovered that the property had been closed for a long time. As a result, my group had to find alternative accommodations. Thanks to the excellent support from the VRBO team, I was able to secure a refund. However, I believe this listing should be removed, and I hope VRBO has a process in place to prevent such listings from appearing in the future.”

Wonderful experience

"My husband and I had a great experience with the hotel. Kind and very helpful staff, every corner in the hotel is well maintained and cleaned. We dinned almost every night at the hotel, food was nice and clean. Would love to recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Angkor Wat."
