“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and……

“This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. The views of Dalat are fabulous. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 5. We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is off a quiet street in Dalat. “Really impressed with this property. Fully equipped, modern, lots of space, and being that it was not too close to the main area, it was peaceful. I could walk to restaurants (I'm a bit of a walker), and taxis were easy to arrange, and only cost a few dollars. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and easy-going. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay again if I return to Da Lat. Highly recommended! ”
