About the room: the balcony had a nice view for enjoying some fresh air, the room was clean, the fridge was big and powerful and we really enjoyed our jaccuzzi bathtub, though the shower head was not very convenient for shower. It has everything you need in the room, and they have a app where you can download and chat with the staff if you ever need anything, and they are pretty fast at getting what you need too, plus very nice and friendly service from hotel staff.
