“The entire stay was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly, occasional trouble with public transport to get up so take this in to account, but other than that it was an excellent week away!”

“Leider hatte uns Google zuweit auf den Berg geleitet aber das kann man dem Vermieter nicht anlassten. Er hat sich wirklich viel Mühe mit uns gegeben. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.”

“Schöne Wohnung, schöne Aussicht, sehr sauber, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, leider konnte man im Masterbedroom(Bett 140x188 aber Matratze 135x175) nur alleine Schlafen, denn es ist gerade mal ein Teenybed, Füsse lagen in der Luft - schade, kann man für Leute ab 167cm nicht empfehlen. Das andere Bett im 2. Zimmer Matratze schlecht. Erfreulicherweise haben wir noch Bettwäsche gefunden. Also gut schlafen war einfach nicht - und das im Urlaub, nächtes mal wieder Hotel”

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Pros - Amazing views of Lake Como - Private Large well equipped balcony with 180 degree views of the lake with retractable awning - clean - Very effective air conditioning in living area and bedrooms - Large comfortable beds with black outs - shared access to Lovely pool area - Car parking space - Responsive property manager - Very quiet residential area - Great for a small family or a couple - Slow EV charger for everyone’s use- as long as your neighbours don’t park in it for 3 days……

“The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance.”
