“La nostra opinione sull’appartamento della signora Rosanna è estremamente negativa! Avevamo prenotato a marzo 2019, ossia 4 mesi prima del nostro arrivo per un soggiorno che sarebbe dovuto durare 35 giorni. Nel descrivere la proprietà su Homeaway.it, era contemplato l'uso del garage privato. Questa caratteristica oltre alla descrizione generale dell’appartamento ci ha motivato a scegliere questa casa. Giunti a Niscemi tuttavia abbiamo scoperto che la signora Rosanna non aveva ancora ottenuto……

“Nous étions 4 couples de retraités. La remise des clés s'effectue via la sœur de la propriétaire qui est très disponible et nous accompagne sur le site. La location étant située en pleine campagne, le chemin pour s'y rendre est surprenant au 1er voyage mais cela se mérite et c'est un gage de calme. La propriétaire vit à l'étranger et n'a pas hésité à communiquer régulièrement avec nous, très soucieuse de notre séjour. La maison est adaptée pour un groupe comme le nôtre, elle est bien……

“This rental was not as advertised. Old food left in fridge and cabinets. Overwhelming smoke smell in apartment that was supposed to be non smoking. Bed linens were stained. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Dishwasher door missing and inside very dirty. Not worth the money we paid at all. ”

“We had a wonderful family holiday at the property from 23 July to 3 August. The secluded location up a track was hard to find at first at night, but it's seclusion is a highlight of staying here.Our host Carmello warmly welcomed us with a house tour and left clear instructions for WiFi and local tips.The property was much larger than expected, with a spacious kitchen, huge dining table (unused as we ate outside), and a cozy living room with three sofas. “We had a great stay here, we were a family of 8 travelling for a reunion in a near by town and this house and it's location was perfect for us. The pool was amazing we really enjoyed it and the house and it's patios are pretty breathtaking . Salvatore and Carmelo were amazing to deal with. ”
