“Place was clean. Baths were acceptable. 2 of the 3 beds used were very worn out. We only found one remote for the Tv and it didn’t work, so no tv, not a big deal . Not having a working ice maker was a bummer but may be intentional . Air filter was very dirty and air handler struggled to get the house warm. Great location and safe neighborhood.”

“This home was very new and clean. We felt very secure in this gorgwous gated community. I would have given 5 stars if the home was completely set up. We had to go purchase a coffee pot to have our morning coffee. The home only had 2 towels for our 5 day stay. We do alot of hikes and day trips when we travel so a small cooler would have been awesome. “I have a few mixed feelings on this review. Over all was great however we didn’t get our code to get in but a few hours before our 2.5 hour plane took off so that was stressful. When we did arrive at the home the code didn’t work at the house. I was able to reach a live person by phone and she gave me the code for the spare key lock box and said it would be reset, we ended up using the spare key for all 5 days. Also the main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the lamps. I did notify the……

“We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut.”

“This spacious, clean and comfortable house was the perfect location for our exploration of southern Arizona. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to lots of shopping and provided easy access to the highway leading to Phoenix and Tucson. Our hosts were great—always replied promptly and check-in was very easy. All the furniture was clean and comfortable and the appliances all looked new and worked perfectly. “We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”
