Poor maintenance, poor facilities
"A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days ..."

"I stayed for 2 nights for business, and the property is ideal. I enjoyed the room and the view over looking the pool area. We ate at the Italian restaurant, and both the service and food were delicious. I will make this my go to hotel in Lethbridge."
