“Beautiful setting. Very nice chalet, well furnished rooms with a lovely great room. Staff was very communicative and directions on getting there seemed more complicated than they actually were. No issues getting there at all. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy and the balciny was great. The Alder room was as decribed and we could hear the river from our room. Fireplace was easy and functions just like an hvac unit control. Parking was ample and easy. Will say that the chalet is just that, a……

“Lovely, bright, and clean home in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Clearly there is a lot of care put into maintaining and cleaning. Four instead of 5 stars because you cannot drink the water from the tap, which we didn't know until we were nearly there. However, the owner said there is a filter on the refrigerator. The owner was very responsive and friendly. If you want to see the animals then do make arrangements ahead of time. ”

“Loved this small gem. Everything in place - does lack a dishwasher but that is a small sacrifice for location and overall comfort. A large backyard so if one has a dog - this is a great find. ”
