“I have brought my Youth Group here for the 3rd year in a row and it is becoming a favorite destination! While the house does have its little quirks, like years old carpet stains and mismatching light bulbs, we have come back year after year and have seen things improve around the house. It is a cozy place to bring any large group!”

“Called Mgmt due to water above dryer and ceiling hole. Spoke to them - no one ever came out or called back. Broken kitchen cabinet. Light bulbs out in kitchen. Light fixture on deck falling off. Location was convenient.”

“We stayed at this property during Labor day week-end. The house was as it looked on the pictures, except that two of the 4 bedrooms do not have windows, which I don't think comply with fire safety laws. We asked the kids to keep their door open at night since it was their only escape way in case of fire. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The house was a bit dated but homey. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs……
