“Struttura perfetta, super accessoriata, grandi spazi, molta privacy, host perfetto, qualche problema con la strada perché di difficile percorribilità e poche indicazioni stradali. Abbiamo sentito solo la mancanza dell’aria condizionata perché abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana più calda dell’estate ”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……

“Nice house in Tuscany Style with amazing location on a mountain. Really great pool and generous space for 4-6 persons. Great area with many nice locations like Assissi, Pienza, Siena, Cortona etc. We would not book this house again because of too many horsefly insects at the Pool and mosquitos in the house. Also missing aircondition leads to too high temperature especially at nights. Really nice house with small deficits.”

“Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. Colazione internazionale molto varia ed abbondante sui dolci. Personale disponibilissimo e decisamente cordiale ”

“Die Villa ist großartig gelegen, mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno. Durch die erhöhte Lage war immer ein bisschen Wind, weshalb die Temperaturen auch an den heißesten Tagen angenehm waren. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Küche toll und großzügig bemessen. Einziges Manko: Die Liegen am Pool gehören dringend mal durch neue ersetzt, zum Teil waren sie ausgeleiert, ließen sich nicht mehr aufrecht stellen oder waren gar nicht mehr zu benutzen.”

“Wir hatten sehr entspannte und schöne Tage. Vor allem der große Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, weitläufig und es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten sich zusammen zu finden. Der Austausch mit den sehr netten Gastgebern war immer freundlich und entspannt.”
