“Truly impressive”

“The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too.”

“La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire………

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. Our host……

“This was hands-down our favorite place to stay in Italy. Not only was the house beautiful itself, but the views of the mountains were stunning! Valentina and Alessandra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even assisted with making plans, booking restaurants, and finding information about our relatives in the area. “Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch. Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre und ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, aber machbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für Leute, die Ruhe und Natur lieben.”

“Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……

“Casa Mimo was a lovely, comfortable home away from home while we explored the Abruzzo region. The home was clean and very well equipped and had a binder with all the information about the home and area. Our host was always available for any questions and very quick to respond. One of the highlights of the area, for us, was the Grotte di Stiffe caves. Would recommend Casa Mimo for anyone looking to stay in the area”
