“Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 20 Fahrminuten nordöstlich von Lucca in sanften Hügeln.Ein Auto ist notwendig. Die Straßen sind ein wenig abenteuerlich.Dominant am Haus ist die wunderschöne Veranda mit Blick traumhaften Blick auf Lucca. Nachbarn sind praktisch nicht spürbar. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, die 3 Doppelbetten haben unterschiedliche Härte, da ist für jeden was dabei.Massimo als Gastgeber führt charmant in die Umgebung ein. Bei Problemen (bei uns:Unwetter) hilft er unmittelbar. Leichte……

“We had a great stay, was a little hesitant on arrival as we were driving away from the beach (as expected) and through what would be considered more industrial surroundings. Once past we arrived at the blissful Montepepe. A very peaceful boutique wine farm. Not sure how many can stay at hotel but at any given time there were about 4 or 5 tables at breakfast. “We recieved a warm welcome by Mr. Chiappa, and the place is truly wonderful. The house itself is compact (and the stairs even more so), but large enough for the 4 of us. Everything felt fresh and clean. Mr. Chiappa also provided us with a box full of home grown tomatos, cougettes, cucumbers and herbs. They tasted perfectly.The house is also very well equipped with everything you might need. The road up to the house is narrow, and sometimes (very) steep. Although it gets easier everytime you……

If you need something or get any tips where to go or where to eat, she will always help, suggest something or find a solution.It was a lovely stay for us, because we wanted a quiet place, not in the city. But you are close to a lot of cities and to the beach, the region is awsome. “Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Serore! Die Lage ist traumhaft – direkt in den Bergen oberhalb von Lucca, mit herrlicher Aussicht und absoluter Ruhe. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen und Erfrischen ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia war jederzeit unkompliziert und äußerst hilfreich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können Serore……

“Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect……

“Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess!
