“Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an……

“The house was perfect for our needs. We had a big group of 11 adults and some grandchildren and had a great time. The kitchen has no dishwasher but that was no problem. It was spacious and had plenty of all the kitchen things one would need. I was worried the living room might be small but it was fine and very cozy. There was a basement and attic the kids had space, too. One afternoon we drove half an hour to go skating, we enjoyed walks outside too and what an interesting area to hike in.……
