Not what is showed in the pictures. Under construction - I got pass that, mattress HORRIBLE - so broken down that we sank to the floor. Found roaches after 1 night & they don't want to refund the rest of the hotel costs even after leaving after 1 night. They gave a small partial refund...I should get everything but the 1 night. I'm fighting this now.

This hotel was a little lower than average. Not bad for yhe price. The room had a weird smell and the barhroom door had been scratched very badly by an animal from a previous customer's stay. The lazy river was nice, but there were no floats for it. Other than that, the pool, hot tub and lazy river was nice ajd relaxing. There were no towels stocked at the pool and i had to request some from the lobby. The elevator was weird and would either not go up or would stop on random floors. I like the hotel despite its issues. They are in the middle of renovating. i believe the owners have probably recently taken it over and are trying to make improvements.

After going to our room 624 we immediately noticed a very strong musty odor, something like you would find in an old basement. The carpet was dirty, the toilet moved back-and-forth and lost water while doing so however, I imagine the water went to the room below. The beds felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls and springs, the mattress which I guess I’ll call it that more resembled something from the 19th century. The rubber bumpers to protect the walls was coming off, the carpet was dirty, the windows and doors were rusty, the room was hot, (ac worked but not well) and there appeared to be blood on the chair in the room. The swimming pool area had no ventilation and reeked of chlorine. None of the ice machines worked and the only elevator that worked was the central elevator. They have signs up that says please excuse my mess and or noise, It’s under construction yet I don’t believe them. I believe they have their family members doing some work but not a lot. The whole place was dirty and full of bugs also. If you were thinking about staying here don’t. We checked in and checked right back out. The worst part is the good reviews are most likely done by family members because nobody in their right mind would leave a good review. Whoever runs this hotel is a slumlord. You’d be better off staying at the travelers Lodge or red roof end. If you go here run away don’t walk away. Good luck getting your money back, the people that run this place are crooks. DON’ T STAY HERE.

Worst stay in Pigeon Forge ever. The bed and the pillows were like sleep on rocks. There were bugs in the room mini fridge froze everything in it there was no battery in the smoke alarm chairs were broken no were to sit short in bathroom light . lazy river to hot and too much Clorine burn your eyes before you could get in. hallway smelled like weed coming from there staff. Don't stay here.

The rooms where not cleaned or trash taken out, the bathrooms and rooms need fixing. for the amount that was paid was not worth it. was given dirty towels and the shower curtains were moldy

Very disappointed. We chevked in and right back out. Very sad condition. They say sorry for the mess and remodeling. Its very minimal at best. Spend a few more dollars. And go on down the road. Floors were soaked. Stains on carpet. Bathrooms were clean. We were afraid to stay. Staff was great tho. Pool was ok.

Didn’t like the fact we had bedbugs in both rooms they gave us and my husband the first room there were some dead bedbugs on that one the second was live bedbugs in it under the sheets and bedcovers we didn’t stay the night we left and had to pay money again we didn’t have I would love to receive my money Back they didn’t have anymore rooms they were booked no one wanted to stay there we were letting others know it was terrible to have that experience and we had already gotten there so late from North Carolina to Tennessee not to mention Gas that far from home with no where to sleep calling around to find another place to stay at 1:00 pm in the morning

Pictures online were deceiving. The property was a little rundown. Marcite on pool peeling, rusting pipes and doors, unfinished drywall work, carpeting old and dirty. It served its purpose a place to rest before traveling on, but wouldn’t stay again.

The place is located in a good area, but the hotel needs to be more clean. The pool and lazy river is an amazing amenities inside the hotel, just like the rest of the hotel need to be more clean. Good place so far.

My family stayed in a family room for 3 nights. I was impressed with size of room and location, but almost everything else was disappointing. We waited to review to see if anything improved, but it became worse with sounds at 1 am shaking floor. They appear to be trying to make improvements, but all exit doors are not locked to outside, carpets stained, trim missing, distressed / broken furniture, cigarette butts in hall, and receptacle covers missing. I would possibly stayed again if I had no other options. The atmosphere, lack of security, being treated like a criminal at breakfast door before entering and exiting did not leave a good impression. We have stayed in worse places, but made the best of our stay and was happy with clean linens and room size.

The staff was nice and they are under construction.. however, when you get there they ask for a $100 deposit which wasn’t listed when we chose the place. It’s not clean, our kids had to leave their shoes on in the room or their feet would be black. Our tub had been painted and some of the paint was coming off, there was no tub stopper for our toddler to bathe so he had to shower. Beds were clean though. The rooms have air the hotel doesn’t. Only one elevator worked so it was a nightmare trying to get in an empty one.

Find somewhere else to stay in Pigeon Forge this place is not very good the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The inside pool and lazy river had rocks inside of them the chlorine was so strong that it burned your eyes just been in the room and the room they were in was so hot it was terrible. We had no one to service our room, the roof was leaking in the room and got our luggage wet , only was asking about service the room until the last day of a 4 night stay. The place was going through some remodeling which I can understand that. The breakfast.was the same every day and they only had processed eggs,over cooked sausage links and potatoes, toast,small bite size muffins. I will never stay there again.

Rooms are not up-to-date at all, and our room even had messed up wall sockets - no exhaust fan cover in the bathroom - badly stained carpet - filthy mirrors and countertops - toilet barely flushed - lamp wouldn’t work - bed & pillows were horrible - pools were unbearable to get in due to the dangerously high chlorine content, and the cable was out the last few days we were there before we decided to check out early and stay somewhere else!
