The room wasn’t clean had a bad smell the fridge didn’t work. We went to the pool got in for a few minutes in the indoor pool that was open but a guest had used the bathroom pooped on the stairs we told the front desk she said I cleaned that up hours ago so that means someone had been using the bathroom multiple times in the pool area. Went to get something from the vending machine and the front desk lady said don’t do that it will take your money they don’t work. Well we tried and it took the money. We had someone beat on our hotel door at 5:45 am like something was wrong until we opened the door it was a very drunk man that tried to make his way in our room. Overall that was the worst experience of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Very disappointing

The rooms are very dirty and outdated. The doors did not lock. The wifi does not work, because supposedly it is only one satellite per 2 rooms. The tub was very dirty. There was mold on the ceiling. The toilets do not flush. The lobby was very messy and wet from pool water. The front desk attendant was eating a full marinara jar while talking to us. Another front desk attendant disregarded our concerns about the room. We had to leave and rent another hotel because of how horrible the experience was!

There was black mold on the ceiling. I reserved a junior suite and when I got there, I was informed there is no such thing as a junior suite. It smelled overwhelmingly musty. The door didn't lock. The pool heater was not in service.

1st room that I had reserved online had dead flies on the bed. Dead flies in the window. The air didn’t work half of the plug-ins didn’t work.. they accommodating me with three other rooms which air didn’t work in one of them. The pool was cold where it was supposed to be a heated pool. The staff was terrible terrible very rude. We had one room that had nothing but girls in it at 12 o’clock at night a maintenance man tried to enter the room, saying there was a keybroken off in door. It was a keyless entry room’

This place smelled really bad, that musty water smell… we were greeted in our room by cockroaches and there was no hot water, barely luke warm. It seems that management and workers are use to people complaining and leaving and asking for refunds, they don’t even attempt to fix the issues or even seem concerned about it.

I don’t typically go off other people’s reviews but I really wish I did this time. This place has the potential to be a very nice place. However, going in.. I knew the indoor pool had issues but the PH balance was off and my son’s skin broke out in hives. The slide, he had to scoot himself down. Our room, while using the restroom.. you watch flies come out of the vent in the bathroom. We killed a lot of flies. There is no chairs or table in the room. 2 beds, tv, microwave and a mini fridge. I most definitely will not be staying here again. It’s a great price and you pay for what you get.
