We were so impressed with our stay - this coming from someone who stays at 4 and 5 star hotels regularly. The price is unbeatable for what you get! The rooms are clean and recently remodeled, the sounds and views of the stream are lovely, the breakfast is good, and we enjoyed using both the pool and the fire pit. Located right in the center of pigeon forge but felt very private. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay while exploring Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville! The sounds of Pigeon River from the balcony were very relaxing and there is access to the river from the opposite side. The hotel is pet friendly and had a very reasonable pet rate. There is a small pet relief area in the parking lot but there is also a dog park across from the hotel, on the river (1 mins walk). We hopped in the river with our dog for a swim, but the hotel does have a pool which stays open pretty late. The room was clean and well maintained. Fridge and microwave in each room. Fireplace was electric with starter and controls on the wall. The tub was deep, but a shower-tub combo, instead of the stand-alone deep tub in the pictures. The grounds and lobby appeared to be very clean as well. Some reviews talked about fresh geese poop and flies all over the balcony, we did not experience either. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (except for the powder eggs), corned beef hash, sausage, biscuits and gravy, apple cinnamon rolls, muffins… The staff was great, both night and day shift. They offered recommendations and were always asking if they could help with anything. 6 min drive to Pigeon Forge Island and Dollywood, across the road from Dolly Parton Stampede, and a 2 minute walk to Top Jump, Toy Box mini golf, and the strip if you want to ride the trolley. It was a 5 minute drive to the Old Mill Restaurant/ shops and Frizzle Chicken Cafe (HIGHLY RECOMMEND).

Was very clean, low water pressure in the shower but other than that it was really nice for the price. The front desk was always extremely helpful no matter what we needed couldn’t have found a better place to stay we loved it.

Nice views of the river behind it. Lots of Geese, ducks and wildlife. Breakfast was good too. It had biscuits and gravy, grits, eggs, cereal, yogurt, cut up sausage and various fruit drinks. Very clean room. Fireplace was great in the room but it was middle of summer. Highly recommend. Good price

I loved staying here! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us with figuring out the Trolley system. They gave us tips so that we didn't have to spend more money parking at Dollywood. They also provided us quarters (in exchange for cash), so we could do the laundry and also pay for the Trolley. The room and facilities were very clean. Also, great to know they are pet friendly. It makes me feel comfortable to bring my pets in the future. 10/10 will definitely stay here again!
