The hotel's renovations are average, some areas are missing paint, the breakfast is terrible, most people threw away their food and many of us went out to have breakfast elsewhere, there were no towels at the pool, as advice they suggested they stop the breakfast service or improve it completely.

No hot water in our room. Room dirty bed clothes stained. The pool was supposed to be heated it was cold, the hot tub was cold outdoor pool the pump or something was not working couldn’t swim there. This property is in bad condition, Duct tape holding things together. The breakfast was so bad we went elsewhere. After checking in we asked for another room. The glass was cracked on the closet. The faucet was breaking off. Couldn’t wait to leave….

This hotel manager is rude and it was impossible to communicate with the stuff because of the language barrier . I canceled my reservation with hotel.com and hotela.com refunded me a potion of my money but hotel decided that they would keep a portion of my money. Then the next day decided that somehow there was a double booking for my reservation and charged.me for all my reservation and refuses to refund my money. So stay away from this property at all cost.

Nothing like the pictures, it’s a family tourism town and this hotel is not ideal, my kids went to the pool area and it was extremely dirty, the jacuzzi water was grey ! The room bathroom didn’t had any shampoo or body wash to serve its guests. This hotel needs better management, the only positive is the Mountain View from outside

Small items, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, limited room supplies ie cups, shampoo, soap... Great location. Room was overall clean, desk girl was very nice and accomodating. Overall not the worst I've experienced. I would rate it as just slightly above average.

Ac was not working when we entered the room. Had to wait another hour for it to be fixed.( it got fixed though) Already 8pm. The pool was tiny and not clean. Breakfast was a joke. Cheaper stay. Thats about it.

What a disappointing place. When I checked in, I was read a list of dos and don'ts for the hotel. Never had that happen before and found it strange. First room was unmade made when we got there. Filthy, stained mattress and mattress covers were in plain sight. Next we got a room with leaking sink in bathroom. No glasses, cups, or shampoo, 1 small bar of soap. Asked for sheets for pull out bed, but no one ever brought them. Indoor swimming pool was too dirty to use. The #1 reason we booked here was to use the pool, so this was a huge disappointment. The hotel also advertised free breakfast, but there was none.

The room was not only dirty, but included a non functional shower and a television that wouldn't turn on. The owner/manager was no help. We cancelled our 4 day stay an hour after arriving and went down the street. Absolutely would not recommend staying.

No soap,no shampoo,no trash can in bathroom, had to go down stairs twice because remote for tv wouldn’t work went through 3 different controllers and still didn’t work, couldn’t call front desk because there wasn’t even a cord for the phone from the wall to the phone, their breakfast was eggs and sausage links no bread no cereal no fruit, kids running upstairs until like 1a.m. , pool outside was green with trash in it, the only thing good about this place, was the price and at least the beds were clean
