“Home was as advertised, and host Ericka was a pleasure to work with. Timely communication prior to my booking, up to the moment of our check in.We were allowed to bring our senior dogs and Ericka granted us an exception on one of our dogs weight. “The first surprise was being asked to put used toilet paper in the trashcan instead of the toilet. I had to go back-and-forth a couple times to find out why and the host said they’ve had trouble with people over stuffing & over flowing the toilet. I will add he said if we were more comfortable putting it in the toilet then to feel free to do so. The photos of the interior of this property are accurate. “Wonderful couple, it was a pleasure on both sides to interact with - extremely warm and accommodating, Manny is an excellent cook who needs to open a pizzeria, having offered two slices from his masterwork upon our arrival - hitting the spot in a fantastic way. He’s divisions of the property makes it private for his guests and it’ll provide all that you’d need if you chose to stay in this friendly accommodation. “This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a place away from home. It has everything you need. The place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. “Excellent home for us as we were driving home from vacation and needed a home to rest and kick back. Host stays in contact and ensures everything is perfect for us.Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to I-95.”

“The pictures do not do it justice. It’s even cuter in person and very clean. The check in process was a little bumpy but that was due to vrbo, not the owner. She was quick to remedy the situation.
