“I have stayed at 8-10 other VRBO properties, so I have a point of reference for this property. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time.The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). ……

“The property was in excellent condition. The beds were good, it had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked full of dishes and coffee. Overall an A experience. The owners were very polite and the communication was amazing. ”

“Little Savannah was definitely well thought out. Easy to get to, parking level, very roomy, nicely equipped, comfortable beds … the list goes on. We came here to hike to waterfalls. Wow we hit the jack pot!!! With in an hour in any direction we were able to get to beautiful waterfalls. The greatest part once we got back to the cabin we were able to sit on the deck with a beautiful view of Caney Fork Creek and just reminisce about our hike and the beauty of the area . “This was a terrific place to spend the week with my kids for spring break. Luckily the water came up around the dock and we caught lots of brim which is what we went for was to fish. It was a cute house layout was a little odd with the living room on the bottom floor but we didn’t have much time for tv anyway. The place was very nice and clean and in a great location! ”

“Very cute. Very clean. Great location for us as we went to Nashville, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and a couple of the national parks. Check in and out was easy. And that was good because it was my 1st Vrbo experience. Having the washer and dryer was nice and now i dont have all of it to do when i get home. Grill was nice too.
