“The Llama House was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Great location near many of the activities we wanted to do. Mit was excellent to work with, prompt with any communication, helpful, and we appreciated all of the kitchen items and activities provided at the house. We would bring our family back here again!”

“This was our annual family reunion. We have been using VRBO for a few years. This rental was the best. We hiked, we swam, we shopped, we went to a movie in Rogers, we went to Eureka Springs. We even had a pool family tournament. We laughed and ate too much. The house was fully equipped. The owner committed to us having a good time. ”

“It was beautiful, had everything we needed. One night sitting by the fire I turned off the yard light and we got a lot of visitors, deer’s and raccoons close up. Pretty cool!”

“This lake home is beautiful. It was as advertised. Great screened in porch and a boat dock where we swam and fished from. Few things for the next family that rents: it is difficult to find using google maps because it takes you to a parking lot next to the house ( but you can barely see the house) not the driveway to the house. Speaking of houses's driveway it is a very steep graveled driveway. You will need a vehicle with higher clearance and 4x4 to exit the driveway ( like a truck)……

“This property was as good as advertised. Easy check in process and great communication with property owner. All the rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. If you are a dog person there is a dog who will come visit and loves to just hang out. The fire pit was great as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for some much needed downtime and relaxation, while enjoying the outdoors. ”

“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were there for a family get together with 7 adults, 3 toddlers, 1 dog.Pros:*Host was very responsive *House was perfect size for our group *Kitchen well-stocked *Plenty of parking *Good views of woods *Good wildlife viewing (we saw fox, deer, birds, fireflies, raccoon (tracks)) *Location within 30 minutes of all our activities *Great bathrooms – well located, spacious, hand soap provided at every sink *Great outdoor decks including grill and LARGE table……

“Had an issue with cabin upon arrival, but host addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Beautiful view and easy access to lake. Great location in a cove, put SUPs on water from shoreline. Cooked most meals and spent most of our time at the cabin/on the lake. Day trip to Eureka Springs and Little Golden Gate Bridge. We would stay again ”

“The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! ”
