“Place is very nice,clean up to date and comfortable.Father than we were told to get back and forth to Fort Bragg mostly because it’s a very long ride through the complex over many speed bumps but a beautiful neighborhood. These comments are for owners and not public:I would like to point out to manager or owners 3 things as I am a property manager as well:1) back porch was totally covered in pollen so unusable. Should’ve been cleaned before we came.2) Shower in main suite downstairs had a shower……

“Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice.”

“This place is ideal for large group of golfers. Accommodations work for large groups interested in large group meals and plenty of places to hang-out and catch-up. The only drawback was no large screen TV( which we knew going into rental, so for us it was not a negative). We did not mind as the group was playing 36 holes of golf per day and re-connecting each evening.”

Also a complete line of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. And more. Just bring yourself. And have the time of your life. Great community and very quite. And close to restaurants and grocery store. 3 miles from Campbell college. And the hostess was top notch with communication. ”
