“Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. ”

Little outside the Penn state area with a 30 min or so drive but it was worth it. The home was exactly as described on the listing, very clean well equipped home. Lovely sitting area out back, even provided simple snacks and drinks which were a huge hit with our college students.
