“I spent a night with my family in the Cozy Cub and it was good. We’d had a fun but busy week leading up to our stay and my daughters very much enjoyed relaxing in the upstairs bedroom with a Disney movie (DVD player, TV, and movies were all included in the property). My wife and I enjoyed the pool table and fireplace, and we did s’mores on the outside firepit. We also did laundry while on site. Our travel plans called for us to move on after just one night but we all noted that it could be nice……

“The property was VERY dirty - downstairs floor was so dirty that our foot soles turned black, there were dead bugs and debris in the bed linens, the fridge looked like it wasn't cleaned since the last booking. The property is listed for sale and per the property manager, wasn't used for a while. The place was clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. We tried reaching the owner multiple times at the number he provided but got no response. He eventually responded the day after we checked in and……

“Good for 2 adults and one kid. The owner is very friendly and responsive. The 2nd floor is awesome with two large desks facing the outside, great if you need to work a little bit. We had lots of snow in the first two days! The first floor kitchen area is small and it is ok for some light cooking. But I wish the cookware was cleaner as there is.no dishwasher. Bathroom is awesome. The only complaint is that we had ants invasion problem but the owner was able to send someone to spay and help with……

“Absolutely loved this Chalet. Very spacious and clean. Loved the deck and views nestled in the trees. Wood burning stove/ fireplace was nice touch for chilly evenings.Close to Murphys and The Calaveras Big Trees. We stayed for three nights and wished we would have stayed longer. Definitely will return! Thank you Kim for a very enjoyable stay! ”
