“Nice place with a seaside resort theme and feel.. lots of kids in the neighborhood and Street was close to the main roads, but almost no traffic. Host was helpful answering questions before our stay and accommodations were top notch. Washer and dryer was extremely helpful for our stay back patio was shaded and the hammock and grill were nice additions we would definitely use this verbal cottage again if we return to the area all appliances worked. five stars all aroundand 10 on a scale of 1 to……

“Small but layout was great. Quiet and the sky is pitch black at night. Small patio in the back is screened in. Bed was so wonderful it was hard for us to get out of it. Kitchen has everything you need even Keurig so make sure to bring coffee. Owner was great and so was communication. For us the location was wonderful. We will be staying there from now till my Mom passes.”

“This property comes with everything you could want in a secluded, quiet vacation property with room to breathe. The owners have thought of, and provided, just about anything you could want. The kayaks/canoes are top quality. Fishing rod and all equipment provided, including an anchor. Great air conditioning. The private dock on the canal is a lovely spot to birdwatch or just watch nature pass by and fish. Kitchen is stocked with TONS of equipment/extras. The complimentary sunscreen/bug spray was……

“The place is perfect for people who behave noisless and expect this from others.Great home in many ways; everything was new or renovated, e.g. stove, fridge and freezer, dish washer; the stove heats very effectively, e.g. onions got brown fast with temp set to three; we had the impression to be the first renters; the decorations appeared to be done by artists and with love to details; mattresses would be fine for people with back problems; the lanai included a bed for taking a nap after kayaking……

“What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics ”

“This was a great little property for our stay in Homosassa. My only issue was that the pool was not private, it was shared with another residence attached to it. I enjoy complete privacy when I travel and felt uncomfortable with the idea of lounging by the pool to relax. It was January, so I wouldn't have anyway, but had it been warm enough I would not have been comfortable enough to do so. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommened it. ”

“If you love water, there is no better location than this one. I grew up on a houseboat and this is like that but without the gentle rocking. Kayaks were available so I could launch right off the porch. It’s only a 30 minute paddle to Homosassa Springs. The wildlife that visits is great to watch. The cabin is very sweet. It has a comforting feel to it and had everything I needed in the kitchen, linens, bathroom. The only snag I had was with the tv. Several times I had to go through the……

“We loved staying here. They had all the basics and plenty of living space. It felt like home away from home. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus and it was nice to cook meals and relax after a long day. It also was close to all the things we wanted to see and do.”
