“My husband and I stayed for a few days while we passed through Kentucky. It was plenty of space for just the two of us. The desription of the cabin said off-grid, generator for a/c and power, and small so we were not expected much but we were surprised at how comfy everything was. There is a couch, small table, and a sink. Not enough room to cook in there and no microwave. But we went out to eat each meal so that wasnt a problem. There is a small fridge to keep our drinks cold. The bed is in the……

“It is a great house with all the amenities we expected. A bit further out than we expected but that gave us a lot of privacy. Horses were a plus and host provides treats for them. Went on the coal train trip and to Cumberland Falls. The younger women went on a hike but I stayed in the car with the A/C on - 80 year olds don’t hike. LOL ”

“Great property! So relaxing. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and it was so welcoming coming into with a plate of cookies and a happy Anniversary note. Our dogs loved the big front porch ”

“The driveway is a challenge due to some pretty big potholes and being steep with a sharp turn. We had an SUV so it wasn't too bad but a smaller vehicle might have struggled more. Other than that, everything was great. We didn't fully take advantage of all the outdoor space but it is really nice. The indoor space was nice and had everything we needed. There was plenty of linens. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. ”
