“The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. We wiped the ledge because it looked and we were wondering if it was part of the “rustic/exposed earth” look we thought they were going for, nope, just thick Layers of good ole undisturbed dirt and dust.
