“We enjoyed this stay very much. Once we arrived I was able to get into the kitchen to get a home cooked meal going quickly. The owner has thoughtfully organized the kitchen with everything needed to make this possible. What stood out the most about this adorable house was it being thoroughly clean. Thank you for having us and we hope to return soon to visit our son again. ”

“My husband and I rented the Lazy River Cottage to host Thanksgiving with our two kids, their spouses and our first grandson. We were there the whole week of Thanksgiving and the cottage was perfect. It’s basically a new house with three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a loft with two single beds and a large living room. The kitchen was tight for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal, but we made it work. Even cooked a turkey sausage gumbo on Saturday while watching football! The beds weee……

“The location is gorgeous, the “cabin” easily accommodated our large party of 12 and was certainly well-stocked with everything a guest would need. We had a marvelous time! There are a few caveats, however. There is only one sleeping area on the main floor and the interior stairs proved a problem for the older generations in our group; they are steep and there is not a complete handrail going down to the bottom level. We were able to work around this but probably should be taken into……
