“We visit our daughter, son in law, and granddaughter every couple years. We’ve stayed in several places in St Maries and this was the best by far. It was very clean, very roomy, safe, and convenient. We felt right at home. It took a couple hours to get warm, but it was -2 degrees outside. The owner had someone shovel our walkway every day. We will certainly stay here next visit. ”

A small mountain, but good snow and we basically had it to ourselves. Nearby Wallace had grocery store and mining town museums that entertained a non-museum family like ours. “We wanted a place to stay while we fished the St Joe. The location is secluded and quiet and were even had deers visit the property during our stay. The host was very communicative and available and made everything easy. Just don’t use Waze to get there! Apple Maps gives a better driving experience due to its recommended drive path. 🙂 ”
