“House was in the perfect location for our ski trip. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and as advertised. If there was anything that I would improve it would be how fast the hot water lasted. We took two showers at once and when the 3rd person went in it was no longer hot so we just shortened our time in the shower and it was fine. The neighborhood was very quiet. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location and the upkeep are excellent. We’re two seniors and we were a little disappointed that there were no comfortable chairs, just two low, saggy sofas and a giant recliner, so tall and deep that we couldn’t sit in it. I don’t think this is a show stopper. But if like us, you are 70, I’d keep looking.”

“We stay in Pinetop at VRBO rentals quite often. Safe to say we've probably been in over 20 properties over the years and they are all in the Pinetop Golf Course area. Having said that, both my wife and I agree that this is the classiest and most upscale place we've visited. Right on the 1st hole of the private golf course-so it is great for walking 9 holes during the winter months, great propane fireplace, very clean and very presentable-just like the pictures. This is a real winner.”
