3. There's one camera in the front of the house pointing to the front yard which only records when there's activity and no audio. There's one camera in the back of the house pointing to the back yard which only records when there's activity and no audio. No noise decibel monitor
4. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
5. Pinetop-Lakeside is currently under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. No fires are permitted on any public or private property within the Town limits of Pinetop-Lakeside. Stove fires that include propane devices that can be turned off by switch are permitted. Smoking is prohibited outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed.
