“Nice quiet place to stay”

“This was a comfortable place to stay. It was immaculately clean and the host is very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again. ”

“Was in town for a week long fishing trip on Grand Lake. Great location, clean, cool, great shower and washer/dryers, close to lake and everything you need, seemingly safe property. If you have a 20’ bass boat and you’re coming to Grand lake, it’s not going to fit in the garage because they put in an inflatable hot tub and built a wall around it. We tried. So just expect to park your boat in the driveway. My .02 is remove all that so guests can put their boats in the garage. I’d pay a bit more……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very small cabin, but all we needed for our anniversary weekend. House is updated and clean. A lot of other older cabins and trailer houses, not so nice, close to this, however, the privacy fence and location makes it not so bad. We enjoyed the quiet and almost secluded feeling. ”

“This was my second stay at this property and I LOVE it! The cottage is perfect for my family. It has a very functional kitchen that is well stocked to cook meals. There is a pellet smoker that we used to cook steaks and other meals. There was also a dining room table to eat as a family of 8. The best part of this place is the view. The decks are amazing and overlook Beaver Lake. The moment we got unpacked I could feel the stress melt away. The hosts were very gracious and checked on us to make……

“Fantastic property. The outdoor amenities and atmosphere were above expectations. Our group really enjoyed the corn hole set up and the outdoor fire pit. The outdoor lights created a peaceful, relaxing environment. Will definitely stay again.”

“Nice area sounded by nature close to bike trails and close to grocery stores and some restaurants. We drove to Bentonville to eat out. Inside is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couch, primary bedroom mattress was firm and sheets are soft. The extra $60+ a night in fees/taxes is something to be aware of. ”
