“Abbey from Indigo provided stellar communication from before the booking process began. Her replies came within minutes including the 9 pm search for the portable crib. We really appreciated that! “The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . “We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. The oven was dirty and needed a really good clean. The chairs by the dining table were filthy down the side of the cushions (photo to show this) as I discovered when I ran my hands alongside.
