“The room is old and worn-out. Not clean at all. There are stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom door is very difficult to close and cannot be locked. The room door is not soundproof, so it's very noisy outside the room in the morning.”

“Our stay was amazing and I would definitely book this house for future trips! The house was clean and stocked with all essentials when we arrived. The pictures of the house are deceiving because they do not give the house justice as to how ample and big it truly is as well as beautiful. “飯店的起名有些誤導，其實飯店的位置根本不在柏克萊。而是在離開柏克萊校區三個捷運站之遠的埃爾塞里托。辛虧飯店和捷運站位置很近，步行5分鐘距離。而且附近有不少快餐店可供選擇。不過服務人員基本是“一夫當關”，經常找不到人。不過房間面積還算大，衛生間整潔。提醒大家，記得自己帶牙刷牙膏肥皂，不要以為在台灣的飯店。”

“Had to travel to Oakland for a short notice job interview. Booked Jack London Inn due to having a reasonable price and its distance from the job interview site. Hotel's location is convenient to many nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. Alameda island only a 10 minute walk/ferry ride away. Room itself was decent and reservation included breakfast. Check-in was smooth and front desk clerk was kind enough to loan me a pen for my job interview. Next time I'm in Oakland, will definitely……

“The only drawback is lack of the convenient public transport, otherwise it would be perfect if you drive. Welcoming staffs, clean and large room comparing with hotels in downtown, etc. Although the price is not the cheapest in this area, you'll definitely feel it's worth every penny.”

“We love the location to the Ferry terminal, SF Giants stadium, China Town, North Beach and pier 39 all a very easy walk. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Great shower head and water pressure!! Our 3rd time to stay here. ”
