“We had a great time. The flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is nice and quiet. Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful contact (we could call him at 7 pm when we need a second key and he managed the problem). The only minor issue was that we could not find the garbage cans (we were told to deposit the stuff just outside the door).”

“Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen.
Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.”

However, you must have a car or bike to enjoy your stay because you cannot find any store nearby.The apartment was clean however, there was a bit of smell in the toilet.The rental agency Happy rentals were so friendly and welcoming.
