"Excellent séjour dans un hôtel calme et très beau. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et disponible. La chambre était confortable, propre et joliment décorée. "wonderful hotel with marvellous views of Lake Orta and conveniently close to catching ferries. The staff were very helpful and delightful. The only thing that let them down was the rather mediocre room service lunch meal which I had"
