“Excellent accommodations. Loved the view, and the birds! Saw a bald Eagle!!”

“The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in……

“Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. ”

“This property is exactly as described. We stayed with 5 adults and 3 children. The home was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as gather together. Plenty of kitchen supplies available for the family meals. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was refreshing, The owner provided our access information in a timely manner and was quick to respond to any questions. We saw deer all through the neighborhood every day. We would highly recommend this home for……

“It was perfect for what we needed. Kayaks being there was great for the kids. Only reason it didn’t get all 5s was that it just needs a few maintenance items fixed nothing major few light bulbs here and there things like that ”

“We visited this place with a large company and spent this time with a lot of emotions. Everyone had equal conditions for rest and everyone was satisfied! The only thing that upsets is the lack of a pier near the water. There was no opportunity to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of nature by dipping our feet in the water. But this did not prevent our company from spending this time unforgettable)))”

“The place is beautiful but the bathrooms were not very clean when we got there. Other than that we had a wonderful time and we all enjoyed our stay. ”

“After traveling with two teens and a dog, across multiple states, we landed here for a few days. We all enjoyed the table tennis and shuffle board , as well as tanning and fishing on the dock (dog too!). This fit our needs to relax after an extended roadtrip. Note; get groceries at Walmart before your stay so you can relax for the long haul.”

“Simply, the most perfect place for our families celebration gathering. Beautiful, functional, smart design, ginely crafted stunningly, gorgeous home in a breathtaking setting. The design of the home allowed space for our large group gathering as well as split private suites. Since we (14 adults) were all getting ready for the same event at the same time (Doctoral Graduation) the 5.5 baths and private suites were much enjoyed. Other family and friends joined us as at the home for lunch……
